About me
Lake Havasu City, AZ is where I live with my husband Bob.
We built our home here, oh, about 7 years ago... my, how time flies!
I work part time at a mom & pop owned RV Park called D-J's which is my home away from home!
I come from a large family, and have one son. Blessed with many nephews and nieces and I'm hoping a lot of them will join us here for Thanksgiving Dinner this year.
My Favorite Foods
I love soups and salads! I could go on and on but will start there and expand as time goes by.
My go to recipes are anything Beans or Vegetables or Pasta. And they can end up as soup, salad, or casseroles or pizza.. sometimes a chicken or fish and an occasional roast pork or beef or turkey. That should cover just about anything!
