I am Australian and live in the nothern beach surburbs near Sydney. I and an R&D Manager and specialise in Culinology, the fusion of food technology and the culinary arts. I love cooking, great food & wine and reading. Currently I am exploring again the pleasures of camping.

* dry rubbed ribs in Memphis, USA - my own whiskey ribs aren't bad either!
* scampi & muscles in tomato & garlic sauce in Split, Croatia
* escarcot with garlic & Roquefort cheese in Paris, France
