About Me I am Head Chef at Celebrations And Parties, a catering company. I also am a personal chef, owner of Chef to Your Door, Personal Chef Service. I also am Music Director and organist at a Methodist Church. My hobby is Torpical Fish. I have a 125 Gallon aquarium. Some of my favorite foods Beef Stroganoff, all kinds of salads, and of course chocolate. I grew up in a family restaurant and have always been interested and involved with food preparation.
