I live in League City, Texas near the big city of Houston.  I am a wife and a mother of two precious daughters and I work as a substitute at Clear Creek ISD.

I like mexican food and seafood best. I have a wonderful dish called Shrimp Delight that I really enjoy making and everyone seems to love it. If there is a recipe then I will try anything, about. My best thing I remember making special for my husband was veal scallopini. We like italian food as well. I can't say this for my kids. They hardly like anything I make if it isn't pizza, chicken nuggets or maybe on a good night when they're hungry, pasta.
