About Me I am a elementary teacher. I have always lived in Iowa except for a year spent in West Africa. I have travelled a lot in my previous life. (Before children). Have always loved to cook since I was in elementary. If I wasn't a teacher I would like to work in the test kitchen for a cooking magazine or at an animal shelter. Cooking is challenging at my house.
