I live to experience new things - love to be outdoors and just be in nature.  I'm very into exercising, and thus try to eat foods with a high caloric content, in order to support me in that endeavor.  I love to cook; always have, since I was a small boy...learned when I was around 11 or so - mom never cooked, as she did not have time, and I wanted something besides fast food - so, I learned through trial and error....now, I have the same attitude towards cooking as other things in my life - I like to try new recipes!

Some of my favorites are:

 

-Lasagna or any kind of meaty pasta

-Hearty soup during the Winter time

-Fruit salads

-Smoothies

-Dishes with fresh veggies and spices

-I'm not really into spicy foods that much

-Love ice cream!
