I am interested in learning to do more cooking at home verses getting take out, pre-packaged, etc.

I am a single mother of one so most of the time it's just 2 of us at times 3 of us.

We are busy during the school year so I don't have much time to cook at night either and don't have a big budget. We are actually pretty tight on budget. So if I have to use spices I want some I can use over and over.

I like pasta, beef, pork for main meals.

I am not the best on veggies but I should try eating more.
