I love to cook and hate to clean. 
Unfortunately i do not have the ability to spend all day preparing meals.  Therefore, if a recipe takes a long time to prepare, it better be excellent, and if it requires lots of clean up, then it must be outstanding.

I enjoy trying new recipes of all kinds, but it better make a good impression or it is out the door.  Over time i have found that my tastes have been refined (polite way of saying i am a food snob) which makes it more difficult to enjoy good food either at home or when going to a restraunt.   I think in my prior life I could have been a food critique, as i can tell what is good and what is bad. 

 

therefore, if you get a positive rating or award from me for a recipe, please consider it very good.

Pretty much all foods that start with an A, B, C, D, etc. , but they must be good.
