About me
We live in central Montana. I grew up on a cattle ranch, but live in a small city now with my husband and step children. For fun we love creating recipes, camping, racing stock cars, and 4-wheeling in the mountains.
My Favorite Foods
One of my all-time favorite dishes to create is pork roulade. I love the textures, flavors, and colors of this simple dish. I grew up cooking alongside my mother and grandmothers. I have also spent a great deal of my working life in restaurant kitchens.
