About me
I live in Oregon. Love to cook for large groups at church as well as small groups at meetings. I like to take a published recipe and make it personalized by tweaking it a little. I have taught cooking classes in community college night classes and done cooking demos. I tend to lean toward Italian, Mexican or Chinese dishes. Whatever is required of me I can usually find a recipe in this program or on the web. I do wish they would screen the recipes before adding, however; it's so maddening to find a neat recipe only to find part of the ingredients cut off. Steve
