About me
I live in North East Central Florida. I like baking cakes and pies and find that it relaxes me and keeps my mind off daily pressures of raising two Teen Girls. My Favorite Past time is to come home from work now and relax with my Family and every few weeks, I love to go to the Disney Parks and have some fun!
My Favorite Foods
I love Food in General. However, when we go out for Dinner, Surf and Turf is my Favorite food. A nice Steak and Lobster or any shell Fish of any kind.
I enjoy making cakes the most.
My fondest memory was cooking a Recipe called Paprika Burgonia. Was a dish that I had to make when I was in the 9th Grade because we were each given a Country and we had to cook something from that Country. Of course I got Russia! Anyhow, I don't even have the recipe anymore. All I know was that all the kids at school said it was the best Recipe brought into school that day!
