About me
While my wife and I live in the suburbs of Melbourne, our hearts are firmly embedded in the sand of Frankston beach (that's a creepy thought).
From this location we've developed a keen snorkeling skill, which led to scuba diving on the Great Barrier Reef recently. Compared to the days at Canadian Bay had I held out a skewer I'd have too few fish to make even a small kebab. But not the GBR, fish moving in great swarms in through channels and coral gardens, giant clams and reef sharks. Mesmerising!
My wife is a teacher/tutor and I also work in a school, but as an ICT Technician; she has the rougher end of the stick. I merely tinker and repair, yet this is a far cry from being an electro-mechanic previously.
My Favorite Foods
caesar salad, souvalki, burek (not sure on spelling), baklava, sushi (particularly eel inari's), naan, bbq's etc. we have so much diversity in Australia, I love it all. I'd love to try african cuisine soon.
absolutely hate eggplant and zucchini. but that's it!
problem with my cooking is it all looks the same, so effectively my cooking presentation 'sucks'. be it stir fry, pasta, salad, whatever it may be it all looks like soylent green in the end!
