I've stumbled across your Portuguese Lamb or Goat Stew (Chanfana) recipe. Well, being Portuguese and a natural to the Capital of Chanfana, (the town of Miranda do Corvo and surrounding village of Semide) I just want to suggest that if Susan comes to Portugal she should try the real thing (not exactly this recipe). Any way this seems good enough but I if she liked this, she will be surprised by true CHANFANA. By the way this is one of my favourite Portuguese foods. Antonio
