About Me Hi - I'm a Poultry farmer with my wife Chris. We live in a coastal area of the north island of New Zealand.I have been a jogger for the last 40 years, a foundation member of the worlds first joggers club.We live in quite an isolated area but maybe not for Texas! Some of my favorite foods Young leg of Lamb roasted with roast veges.Casseroles or curries but we love trying out receipes from other areas hence my interest in your site.
