About me

Hello,

    I am, by classical French culinary standards, a chef.  My colleague, Eric Burlile, and I are opening "TAKE AWAY GOURMET" in Providence Utah before the end of September.

    We want all our recipes to be available in a format which public can download, peruse and otherwise use.  We develop all our own recipes on a monthly basis.  We determine recipes based on seasonal availability of products.  However, since we do so much of our own cooking, managing, and product evaluation it is not always possible to give you all the recipes we develop.  However, we do try!

    We currently offer private cooking classes at your home for 4 or more, including a sit-down style meal of what we demonstrate starting at $240.00.  We also offer the following:

Corporate catering for delivery or pick-up Request menu via takeawaygourmet@hotmail.com

Theme Menu Party for delivery or pick-up .

Community Service provided for Menu/Nutrition/Food History discussions.  (Must qualify as a not for profit institution).

Wine/Alcoholic Beverage pairing with cuisines and culinary choices.

A warm, crispy baguette with any kind of butter!

Grandma's peanut butter and crispy, dilled pickle sandwich.

Oven roasted Tomato soup with basil rusks.

Hot popcorn, Jim's home brew and a great movie!
