About me
I was born and raised in Montana. Upon graduation from Montana State University I took various jobs across the USA. I met and married my husband, Ed from NJ. We made our home there and raised 4 boys. I have multiple sclerosis and have not worked outside of the home for almost 20 years. Weight has always been an issue which drives me to better nutrition and cooking. I love to bake and cook all sorts of foods. My husband and I are partial to seafood. Fun is being with family and relaxing in the mountains, or at the "shore."
My Favorite Foods
Surf and turf is always a good choice I thoroughly enjoy. Give me a good company, a good steak and a little seafood and I couldn't have a happier meal!! Food is almost always significant around family gatherings which typically take place around the US holidays.
