Hi! I am new to Big Oven and overwhelmed by the web site!
At the age of 65yrs. I decided to get my High School diploma, (graduated) in 2007. Took an MOA course (Medical Office Administration/Assistant) graduated 2008. Studying for a bachelors degree in Clinical Nutritionaist/Dietition expect to have degree at the end of 2009.
At the present time I am working on 4 week menus for 1 nursing home and 1 retirement home. This is where Big Oven comes in....what a breeze!
I am interning at a local hospital in Mississauga as a volunteer, with expectations of a permanent future position in the Health Management.
I do medical support to Oncology (COPD) clients at the local hospital.
I am so busy stuyding that my other fesitivities have been in reglect for the last couple of year. Re; swimming, running, horseback riding, and catching up with my friends lives.
My Favorite Foods
I have a weakness for Alaskan King Crab (fresh or frozen).
French Wines, German Rein Wines.
I remeber being with my Jewish Grandmother making all the Jewish dishes I loved so much. I even wrote for her a cookbook of the recipes.
I continue to follow her recipes today,
I love every food.....!
