About me
Hello, fellows cookers and foodies. I live with my wife and our cocker spanial, Billy, and 2 cats, Jazzy and Buster. I work as a construction inspector, and spend my free time with gardening messing with trying to learn about digital music and keyboard playing, reading. My wife does most of the cooking these days, but I do get in the kitchen ones in a while.
My Favorite Foods
Mexican Food of all kinds. BBQ, I love to fix enchiladas, swiss steak, ciappino, and pasta salad. I am fortunate in that I like most all foods. We always do the Christmas and Thanksgiving Holiday Dinners at our home. It is tiring but enjoyable. Like everybody else, we BBQ a lot when the weather cooperates.
