My Favorite Foods
I'm half English and half German, so my favourite foods are comfort foods. I get weak in the knees over a good mac-and-cheese. Southern fried chicken and big beef ribs have been long favourites for me, and I always like the winter roasts. However, my husband, who grew up eating South Indian food, has given me an appreciation for delicately spiced curries and lighter, more flavourful fare. The result is an interesting combination of the two. :)
