About me

   I am from Black Mountain North Carolina. For fun I like to play Scrabble, visit friends, puttering about my house and yard.  Also I enjoy cooking, camping, and hiking. As far as work goes I like helping my Honey remodel our home.

My Favorite Foods

   At our house serve vegetarian meals. I enjoy eating any kind of pasta dish.  and  my Honey likes to eat "Black bean corn and avocado salad." we usually put it in a flour tortilla with cheese and salsa  served as a quesedilla. I actually grew up cooking and eating down home farm cooking.  As most folks know they do eat meat! I still cook almost all of the recipes I grew up with just with out the meat. I substitute other things for the meat in the recipes. This caused me to come up with some new recipe!Yum!
