About me
South Florida means southern style foods and southwestern recipes are my favorites; golf, sailing, camping, fishing and SUNSHINE keep me busy are a requirement of life for me! One marriage still going strong, 8 children and 5 grandchildren (so far) make life most meaningful and enjoyable!
My Favorite Foods
Southern and Tex-Mex styled dishes are my favorites, but a simple salad and a cold Corona work as well! Alternated with one of my wife's delicious homemade tomato sauces smothering a plateful of spaghetti accompanied by a glass or two of a good southern Italian red, a beautiful 75 degree breeze and a glowing orange sunset and you'd have what I love to call home, and most folks refer to as Paradise!
