I live in a mobile home with 2 cats in a 55 or older park. I am retired. I love to collect recipes, fish, knit and cook.
My Favorite Foods
My favorite dish is spaghetti. I never cooked before I got married. I was so bad my mother-in-law sent me to a cooking class. My ex- husband passed away several years ago (not due to my cooking)! The first thing I made for him after our wedding and before cooking classes was a rhubarb pie. I added one cup of flour to thicken it. It came out like glue but my husband, bless his heart, ate it and said it was good. I took one bite and threw the rest away.
