About me
I live in a rural area in Minnesota, population of my city is about 21,000. I like reading, cooking (obviously-otherwise I wouldn't be here!!) and just hanging out around my house. I have one child, who is as picky of an eater as I USED to be as a child. Finding meals that both of us like is challenging. I like to experiment and try new things, he.....doesn't. So, sometimes that means cooking two separate meal!!!
