About me
I live in the beautiful state of Washington, even though we have terrible politicians. I'm a small business owner struggling to survive this economy. I love to cook, read, bake biscotti for the neighborhood, family and friends. I spend a lot of time at ice rinks, since that has been my daughters sport for the past 10 years. When finances allow, I like to travel.
My Favorite Foods
Biscotti, Prime Rib, any type of Pasta. I enjoy cooking all types of dishes. I experiment a lot with my family. My daughter has taken over the toll house cookies baking duties, as hers are the best, so I don't do that task anymore. If I read a recipe and it sounds good, I'll try it. I only burnt my dinner once. I was doing a prime rib on the rotisseri in my gas BB-Que. It caught on fire. We had charred broiled prime rib. The inside was still medium rare. It turned out better than I thought.
