About me
Hi! I'm a new mom (wow what a miracle!). And, of course, I'm interested in everything that goes along with that. Like getting my family to eat healthy and lose extra weight. Also, this could be the perfect time to indulge my love of Japanese food. I lived in Japan for several years and ever since I've wanted to write a cook book of everyday Japanese food. There's so much more than just ramen and sushi!
My Favorite Foods
My favorite foods...so hard to choose. For every season and occasion there's a different perfect food. That's one of the reasons I really adore Japanese food on the whole. So many of the dishes are seasonal, that way everything is amazingly fresh, and each month there's something that you won't find any other time of year. How could I possibly choose between New Year's Eve feast and summer festival food?
