About Me I am originally from New Orleans, LA, but have recently moved to Canton, GA. I was missing my hometown food and found bigoven.com. Now I can find some local recipes and share it with others. Some of my favorite foods I really enjoy seafood, even though I don't get to partake as much as I would like. I make simple foods, like smothered cajun potatoes, broiled fish, jambalaya and salad.
