About me
I'm a food writer and cooking instructor specializing in modern Asian foods: fast, fresh and simple enough for tonight's supper. In addition writing and teaching, I dabble a bit in drool-worthy food photography.
I write a weekly food column in the Tampa Tribune (tbo.com), cook on television on Sarasota's ABC7 and publish original recipes at www.steamykitchen.com.
I'm currently writing + photographing my first cookbook to be released next year.
