Hello all you happy cookers out there. I work in the camps and catering business in Alberta and love this site. Whether I'm cooking for 15 or 500 I can find something different to try . With winter coming soon, good hot food is a must for anyone working outside in the cold. I love to cook and discuss cooking with anyone. Sharing recipes and getting new ideas is fun and challenging to make in my line of work. Sometimes the clients are a little afraid to try new things.
