About Me I am a recent transplant to Los Angeles California from the Finger Lakes region of NY.. I am a retired educator with 33 years of service... My hobbies are traveling(while searching for new places to eat), collecting, computing and of course cooking Some of my favorite foods pizza, seafood,southwest dishes, Pa Dutch cooking ,New York State sharp cheese, Pure Maple Syrup and Italian cuisine...
