About me
I live on a small holding ( 5 acres) in South Africa with my husband and 2 boys. We do have chickens, geese, ducks, sheep, veggie patch and a view of the most beautiful sunsets, most evenings.
My Favorite Foods
Love pasta and lentils! I don't eat red meat....(no I am not a vegetarian).....but I will eat chicken and fish. I wish i was a Pastry Chef, because I am happiest baking rather than cooking a meal...unless its for a mighty big crowd!
