About Me
I had the mistfortune of living in a house that had been sprayed heavily with pesticides before I moved in. So I am very interested in recipes that will help rebuild nerve damage and the immune system -- aka recipes with lots of milk fat, oils, etc. Also, those that supply my much needed additional B Vitamins.
What this means is ... you won't find any diet recipes among my fare. They will probably all be terrible for anyone hoping for a trim, slim body. Because healthy and good for you ... rarely means low fat, or low calorie.
Some of my favorite foods
Organic Whole Wheat Berries, boiled and served hot with butter, brown suger and half and half.
This is sooooooo good. I could eat it morning, noon and night. And they are sooooo good for you! I actually have passed on steak to have these for supper ... and I LOVE meat. So that says something.
