About Me I am retired after many years as a professional chef and do catering part-time. I live on the Ohio River in a small river town. I love to read, hold dinner parties, collect National Geographics, cookbooks and travel. I am currently assessing the value of purchasing a motorhome so my wife and I can travel less expensively. Some of my favorite foods I particularly enjoy cassoulet, a french provencal dish, not a dish a Michelin starred chef would prepare, but non the less a great dish if done as originally conceived.
