About Me I am 66 y/o retired USAF fighter pilot of 26 years and current maritime lawyer. At age 43, I went to law school and my wife returned to the workforce. I became the cook out of necessity and before long began to love it. I have now accumulated a cook book library of well over 100 books and love to dazzle my grandkids with new "simple" meals. I need quick, easy and tasty recipies that meet the approval of a 4 y/o and 8 y/o that are at my home 2-3 times per week.
