Hello,
My name it Ted, I live in Tacoma,WA with my wife and son, Angela and
John. We like to cook and travel. I hope you enjoy the
menus I have posted on this site. I will only put ones on I like
a lot. My goal is to find menus that are easy to make
healthy for you and taste oh so good. This is not as easy as it may
sound since my wife and I have very different things we like to
