Hello Topdog417! Thank you for your interest in the Parmesan Crusted Chicken. I hope you enjoy it. About your questions...the ingredients are pretty much listed in the order used, so that might help. You are correct about the olive oil. It is used for cooking the chicken. The Kosher Salt is listed with the ingredients for the breading and is to be added to the bread crumbs etc. In the second column of ingredients you'll see where it says "Sage-Butter Sauce". Every ingredient listed below that is to be used for making the sauce, if you choose to do so. The pepper and other seasonings are recommended for the sauce and are to taste. They should be added when finishing the sauce. I hope that answers your questions! Please let me know how it turns out for you... and consider trying the roasted potatoes with it some time!
