Hi Tressa.........holy cow, I just saw your message. For a party of that many people, I would make two or three Glass oblong Baking Dishes.

I have never doubled the recipe for the Italian Love Cake. I think by doing that will not make the recipe a success! I always get rave reviews making this cake!
