About Me I started cooking about 8 years ago when I had shoulder surgery and could not do the yard work, so I told my wife I'll do the cooking for a while. Well here I am 8 years later and I still do all the cooking and shopping. Now retired so I have plenty of time to indulge in my hobby, Some of my favorite foods I love to cook food from all over the world and still get amazed that the same ingredients can taste so different depending on the spices and cooking style used.
