About Me

I live in Rockaway, NJ and I love trying new recipes, as well as old favorites.  For fun I'm pretty competitive on the local road racing scene and log about 40 miles a week.  No marathons yet, but I'd like to complete an iron man in the next decade.
 

Some of my favorite foods 

I love salmon!  My favorite recipe is the cedar grilled plank salmon on the Kraft foods website.  I also enjoy baking hundreds of cookies for friends around the holidays.
