today i've seen your recipes.you r a great chef. i impressed to see the numbers of your recipes.you have done great job.

I made the Chile Verde de Puerco, OMG,,,,it was so good. My house smelled like a mexican cafe. Thanks for posting it, you will get a medal when I get some more.

im either reading this wrong or somethings up.

but the pork is not cooked at all at 350deg. for 45mins.
