I am just retired from the CHC in London, England . Original born and bred in Canada. I now living by the sea in the IOW UK with my partnet and just lovin' it, I feel that I am playing hookie everyday. I now am trying all my recipes that I didn't get a chance to do in the past years that I saved and treasured until the day of retirement. Will enjoy this site and I am sure I will find lots of yummy recipes.

Well I am a veggie person but I do eat fish. shellfish. I love simple but yummy easy stuff and now to much on the plate.
