About Me
I admit, I HATE COOKING! Typically I'm all about the frozen/pre-packaged meals--anything simple and mindless. I don't eat much meat, because I can't stand the thought of TOUCHING the meat (yuck), though I do make a killer meatloaf. For me, even coming up with an idea for dinner is almost as painful as making it. I hate the whole process. ugh.
Some of my favorite foods
Salads, pasta, chicken are my old stand-bys.
Tuna (canned) is the only seafood I'll eat, though my husband enjoys seafood (not in THIS house).
I love fresh fruits and vegetables, just not tomatoes, olives or mushrooms.
