I'm an accountant from Iowa with a passion for great food and wine. I would love to go to culinary school if my schedule & bank account would allow it. I just discoved Big Oven recently and thought it would be a great place to discuss and learn from others with a similar interest.

My favorite cuisine is Mexican, however, my favorite overall food is still Pizza. I am really interested in trying recipes from around the world right now and I hope to discover some treasures.
