About Me Grilling and Smoking are amoung my favorite cooking methods. Cooking with a wood fire is preferred over charcoal or propane. I often have the smoker fired up and working while frying fish and hushpuppies. If it can be cooked outside, I'll most likely enjoy it. Some of my favorite foods Smoked or Fried Turkey.
