My name is Cindy and I am a foodie in the beautiful Green Mountain State of Vermont. I have no professional training in the kitchen, but started to explore and enjoy playing in the kitchen a few years ago, and am always looking for new and interesting ways to dish up standard fare - chicken, pork, fish...
Outside of the kitchen, I love music, and love to read, and take walks with my partner and our dogs.
My Favorite Foods
I like asian flavors, and love cooking with ginger and garlic. Sadly, I never met a carbohydrate I didn't like... I do have a sweet tooth, but it has tempered as I've gotten older. Most nights, I'd much rather make dinner at home than go out to eat -- good thing, since even though Vermont has some amazing restaurants, most are at least an hour away from where we live.
