About me
Hi! I live here in my beloved Philippines, the best place for me. I am a choir director in my church, and I have learned how to cook because I have to. My mother can't do that anymore because she had lost her eyesight and all my siblings have their own homes and kids to look after.
I enjoy surfing the web; I had just installed my internet ( i share it with my nephew ), and by chance, I discovered this website. I hope I could learn a lot about international cuisine. And I hope someday I can share my "little" knowledge in Pinoy cuisine on here.
I like sketching faces and figures on my sketchpad, I make my own chorale minus ones on my computer, I paint murals (usually in churches and schools), and I love playing the piano very much. I am not the official pianist in my church though ( we have 4 pianists ). I only get to play the welcome song where everyone rises up to greet visitors and friends, and the birthday song every first Sunday to greet the celebrators.
But for now, I have been watching clips about the Olympics. Cheers.
My Favorite Foods
simple dishes like broiled chicken, barbecues, salads, and mostly Pinoy foods like menudo and adobo.
i very much like the hamburgers, especially Hawaiian. Jolibee* has this Amazing Aloha* burger that melts my heart.
i like to master the art of cooking spaghetti, with many variations. i also want to know what to do with large fishes like tuna. i usually avoid buying them because I do not know what to do with them. i opt for the canned version. :-)
