Criterion Apple
Slightly tart, this
apple variety is a good choice for eating fresh, as well as being used in the production of pies, salads and sauces. Criterions have a bold yellow color, highlighted with a red blush, and are similar in shape to the elongated Red Delicious. Fresh Criterions are best from October through March.
