February 1982
CAKE:
1) Preheat oven to 300-325 degrees F.
2) Sift together all dry ingredients
3) Add cup of cold water
4) Mix in Miracle Whip and vanilla extract.
5) Place in shallow loaf pan or pyrex dish 9 x 13
6) Bake 35 minutes in a slow oven.
FROSTING:
Combine sugar cocoa, milk, and butter. Boil one minute, add vanilla extract, spread on completely cooked cake.
