Super easy and was better than any scallops I've eaten at a restaurant. Not to mention the comfort of home ;) Bed of fresh spinach, whole wheat linguini, scallops that were topped off with sauce in which I added approx. 8 oz of Alfredo. YUM eeeee!
Love the simpleness of the recipe and the ingredients are a staple in everyone's pantry. Very easy and as mentioned by an earlier reviewer also elegant. Definitely a keeper and a must for scallop lovers.
This is a great and easy recipe.I used this recipe when i misplaced skewers that I'd planned to use to grill the scallops.The dish turned out even better than i figured it would. I used a splash of Hennessey instead of white wine for the sauce. Thanks again for posting such an excellent recipe!
Cooked this for 12 people in my dorm, really awesome. I added the wine with when cooking instead of pouring over and it worked well. Also I added mint leaf for garnish, though I guess that's unnecessary, the color matches pretty well. Thanks!
