Taste good. Parmesan cheese makes it.
This is my second go around for this dish. It is easy, delicious, and inexpensive since I bought a lot of cod on sale and froze it. I am sure this will be a regular in my vast repertoire!
My husbad sait was good and he ate it all. I am not that into fish and I ate all mine.
For a quick meal with readily available ingredients this is very tasty and low in carbs.
Very quick and delicious. Good served with a gratin and broccoli or green beans - something simple.
Fantastic, would make it again. Changed the recipe a little; I used Panko crumbs, no flour and mixed the parm up with the crumbs.
Awesome easy dish to make. May add a few herbs to it next time. I like to follow the recipe as shown the first time before making changes unless I am missing an ingredient and have to substitue.
Recipe was easy to make, I just added a few herbs to the flour and cornmeal.
Could use some herbs with the dry mix.
Used Garlic Salt instead of Onion Salt which I didn't have.
