I started cooking this later than I usually would. Being a new recipe, it also took longer than I expected it to. Meanwhile, my wife was giving me the evil eye for having dinner ready late. Once it was done and on the plate, all was forgiven. In fact, she was eager for more! This is clearly one for therecipe book.
janisrae ,I tried this recipe for supper last night. It was easy to make which I love and the chicken had a really good taste. The only thing that stumps me and not with just this baked chicken recipe, is how to get the breading nice and crispy without over cooking the chicken.10y
michellegunn ,Was tasty except when I made the sauce I used the butter in the beginning since it says too saute the shallots in butter. I dont know if it made a difference or not that I didnt add any at the end but it was ok.10y

hodelkm ,A little salty for my taste but my husband thought it was perfect. Very good. I added a tsp corn starch to my sauce to help it thicken. Delish.10y
txsunnybunny ,Kids loved crunchy & juicy chicken but the sauce was the best! Needed less cooking time for chicken and more time for sauce to thicken.10y
